I thought I would take a break from the PDF Library sample series to focus on the latest effort by our product management and engineering team. As the technical point person for the sales team, I work directly with customers during the entire evaluation process, from the initial download and first sample test, through the building of prototypes and proof of concept workflows. I’m happy to report that most of my interactions with Adobe PDF Library users are fantastic, but sometimes customers or prospects point out something that could have been done better.
