Der EBPP Workflow von gotomaxx bietet den Anwendern einen durchgängig automatisierbaren und rechtssicheren Ansatz für Belegaustausch und Belegverarbeitung zwischen Unternehmen unabhängig von der jeweils eingesetzten IT-Infrastruktur.

Mit der gotomaxx Produktpalette haben Anwender die komplette Prozesskette von der Belegerstellung über die Portalanbindung und rechtssichere Bereitstellung von Dokumenten bis hin zur empfängerseitigen Verarbeitung im Griff. Für kleine Volumen sogar kostenfrei.

Aufgrund der Marktsituation wurde die komplette PDF-Produktpalette erweitert, um "Belege direkt als PDF/A-Datei zu erzeugen, zu versenden, zu signieren und zu archivieren," so gotomaxx Firmensprecherin Corinna Becker. "Unternehmen haben somit in maxx PDFMAILER XML ein Outputmanagement inkl. PDF/A-Konverter, mit maxx PORTAL XML ein Onlineportal zur rechtsicheren Bereitstellung von PDF/A-konformen Belegen über das Internet und mit maxx ARCHIV Mail & Print eine PDF/A-konforme Archivierungslösung. Durch die Erweiterung um die PDF/A-Komponente gestaltet sich der gesamte EBPP-Prozess über die gotomaxx-Lösungen entsprechend dem Standard für die e-Archivierung."
