Comparting 2019 – The Forum for Omnichannel Customer Communication

"Digital processes need access to document content, and artificial intelligence needs eyes and ears." Harald Grumser, founder and CEO of Compart, puts it in a nutshell: "Today more than ever, customer communication in companies, organizations and public authorities is all about the central and constant availability of usable information. No automation in document and output management without data!

The fact is that standardized document preparation is a must for modern input management. The aim is to preserve the content of incoming documents right from the start. This year's Comparting examines the different facets of this topic and will present DocBridge© Conversion Hub, an appropriate software for the establishment of such a conversion instance.

But no automation without flexibility. For this reason, this year's international congress will also focus intensively on the integration of communication processes. Based on forward-looking architectural approaches such as cloud computing and the digital networking of applications and systems (API Economy), innovative software solutions and strategies for an overall more effective handling of documents will be presented.

The Comparting takes you on an exciting journey through tomorrow's customer communication and offers you, as every year, not only a wide variety of topics and top-class speakers from Germany and abroad, but also sufficient opportunities to exchange experiences.

Please note: This year the Comparting will take place in the Stadthalle Sindelfingen, Schillerstraße 23.
