The Association facilitates member promotion, education, networking and communication, and the sharing of expertise and experience with interested parties worldwide. The current membership includes over 110 enterprises and numerous individual subject-matter experts from more than 20 countries.

For our Berlin/Germany based office we are looking to immediately fill the position of an

Assistant to the board (m/w)

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Board of the PDF Association
  • Support and further develop the Association’s relationship with its members
  • Help members find, understand and utilize Association resources
  • Support growth of the member community
  • Manage the acquisition and on boarding process of new members
  • Coordination of outbound activities, including web presence, PR, events

Profile:

  • You are a young professional planning to start a career as an entry level position into IT management
  • You are comfortable in intercultural settings
  • You possess very strong communication skills
  • You are creative, flexible and have a good time at work
  • You have good IT skills and are highly web savvy
  • You follow IT and web technologies and market trends
  • Your English language skills are excellent. German is helpful; other languages are most welcome
  • You have strong organizational talent, team spirit and the motivation to develop your personal and technical skills in an international environment
