PDF/A is well accepted and used in the Netherlands already. The recommendation by the National Archive and the Government requirement are of special interest. Belgium and Luxembourg are starting with the adoption of PDF/A. In Luxembourg, the Publications Office of the European Union is one of the first PDF/A users.
