Dear Rathna,
as you can see, an answer doesn't seem to be easy. For those not familiar with the PST acronym – in this context it doesn't stand for Pacific Standard Time but rather for "Personal Storage Table" (at least according to Wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Personal_Storage_Table ), a format maintained by Microsoft in the context of their email programs to store emails and related data.
As the PST format seems to have developed over many years it has become more and ore difficult for 3rd parties to keep up with the resulting complexity. The only tools I have seen make use of Microsoft Outlook – not a good starting point for any server based conversion, but maybe good enough for the occasional manual "Save as PDF" or "Save as PDF/A"?
Given that PST might be difficult to turn into PDF/A – are there any other routes you could go? Maybe connecting direclty to your mail server, or redirecting copies of emails to a dedicated system not rtelying on Outlook?
