Hello
 
After reviewing the different formats for saving scanned documents over the long term I finally turned to the PDF / A as this ISO format is standardized and it provides some accounts over time.
 
I want to use PDF/A-2 format because it allows recording jpeg2000 that does not allow original format PDF / A….
 
the trouble is that I can not find software compatible to create this file format …

 

what software support pdf/a2?

I would say that several of the vendors specializing on scanned PDF, optimized compression and OCR should have something to offer here. I do know that Luratech (cf. http://www.luratech.com)  has shipped or is about to ship a new version of the Luratech PDF Compressor that fully supports PDF/A-2, including highly efficient support for JPEG2000.

Other vendors will probvably chime in here and share what the status of their offerings is…

Hello nzill nokodo,

 

I guess, you tried our PDF Compressor Desktop which is for easy and decentral usage but

does not offer all features.

 

Please feel free to direct LuraTech directly for a test version of PDF Compressor Server.
